Nanny / Family Assistant — 30 Hours per Week

The Nanny / Family Assistant role is onsite in Auburndale, Massachusetts, with a schedule of Monday–Friday afternoons, approximately 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, and 30 guaranteed hours per week. Compensation is $37–$42 per hour, based on experience. The role supports a household with two children, ages 8 and 4. The nanny/family assistant plans engaging activities, helps organize children’s schedules and activities, and handles practical household tasks; day-to-day medical care is not part of the role.

What you'll do

• Pick up children from school around 4:00–4:30 PM and transport them home or to activities
• provide engaging afternoon care and age-appropriate activities
• prepare simple family dinners and children’s snacks and lunches
• assist with family laundry
• help manage children’s calendars, activities, sports equipment, and special occasions
• run local errands
• assist with dinner cleanup
• provide general family assistant support.
