What you'll do

• Manage the Mid-Atlantic service territory
• plan customer visits and service schedules
• build customer relationships
• coordinate with the Vertex Sales Office
• diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair Vertex tools and equipment
• train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• recommend parts and repairs
• maintain service records and call reports
• share customer and market feedback.
