This role supports the Walser Automotive Group sales department, helping customers navigate vehicle purchases in their preferred language. The role exists to ensure that language barriers do not hinder the car-buying experience for families in the Twin Cities. The consultant guides customers through the entire sales process, from initial greeting and test drives to explaining financing options and finalizing paperwork, ensuring a seamless and inclusive service experience.

What you'll do

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• serve bilingual customers in their preferred language
• guide customers through the full sales process
• conduct test drives
• explain financing and protection options
• track interactions in the CRM
• follow up after the sale
• meet unit and PVR expectations
• uphold company core values.
