What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial doors, docks, and related hardware
• diagnose door issues involving springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components
• install and configure hardware, low-voltage systems, and access control
• ensure work meets safety and building-code standards
• explain repair processes and solutions to customers
• document service visits and repairs
• perform quality checks
• follow safety protocols and complete required training.
