What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to support youth safety and security
• provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment
• engage youth positively, teach and prompt appropriate behaviors, and provide positive reinforcement
• assist with activities of daily living
• and complete progress notes and incident reports.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. A high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license are required; candidates must be at least 21 and MAP-certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days. A two-week paid orientation in Rutland, MA is required.
