What you'll do

• Review customer contracts and supporting documents
• track retention, liquidated damages, invoicing, insurance, and closeout requirements
• assist with contract setup and project records
• prepare preliminary lien notices and manage lien waivers
• create and maintain schedules of values
• track progress and billing percentages
• support invoicing and collections
• coordinate and submit closeout documentation
• maintain organized electronic and physical records.
