Apartment Maintenance Technician — All Skill Levels

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. What you'll do

• Maintain property grounds and appearance
• clean units for occupancy
• perform minor maintenance such as changing lightbulbs and touch-up painting
• complete repairs including drywall, locks, doors, fixtures, and light plumbing at mid level
• perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, appliance diagnosis, and vacancy refurbishment at advanced level
• perform snow removal.
