Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative role is onsite in Airway Heights, WA. Pay is $23 per hour. Camas Health Recovery Center’s clinic uses a harm-reduction approach and identifies medication-assisted treatment as its preferred method for addressing opioid addiction. The representative maintains a welcoming, functioning front desk and supports patient flow through reception, scheduling, records, and administrative tasks. Respectful, compassionate service helps patients and visitors navigate clinic interactions and supports the care team’s work.

What you'll do

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors
• answer phones and inquiries
• page providers and counselors
• facilitate patient flow
• use the electronic medical record system for appointments, reminders, and attendance
• collect fees
• upload patient photos
• route mail and faxes
• maintain waiting areas and supplies
• follow HIPAA policies
• provide coverage as needed during extended hours.
