Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $90,000–$120,000 per year. Liberty Electric is a union electrical subcontractor delivering infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. The role oversees projects from planning through closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work. It supports project delivery through budgeting, scheduling, cost monitoring, documentation, and change management.

What you'll do

• Review contracts, specifications, estimates, and plans
• develop budgets, cost codes, and billing schedules
• order materials, equipment, and manpower
• lead and coach project teams
• coordinate look-ahead schedules
• monitor costs and prepare financial projections
• manage subcontractor scope, pricing, schedules, and progress
• track submittals, RFIs, PIPs, and project documentation
• communicate with field crews and clients
• address design or contract discrepancies
• negotiate change orders.
