What you'll do

• Conduct approximately 1.5-hour orientations for new and used RVs
• explain RV electrical, water, propane, climate, appliance, slide-out, leveling, awning, entertainment, and safety systems
• review major systems and delivery checklists
• confirm cleanliness and readiness
• identify issues and coordinate with the Service Department
• verify accessories, manuals, remotes, keys, and customer items
• demonstrate operation and basic maintenance
• answer questions
• communicate concerns to relevant teams
• complete delivery documentation and customer sign-offs.
