What you'll do

• Operate assigned equipment efficiently and accurately, primarily the Selective Solder Machine
• meet production targets and schedules
• monitor product quality against specifications
• notify the Machine Group Leader of quality issues or deviations
• report equipment malfunctions or downtime
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• support other team members and departments as needed.
