What you'll do

• Establish and manage manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and facilities functions
• develop capability and facility-readiness roadmaps
• define process flows, assembly sequences, work instructions, tooling, and readiness criteria
• partner with Design Engineering on manufacturability and assembly
• support pilot and production-intent builds
• plan facilities, utilities, equipment, and material flow
• develop capacity models
• apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
• manage equipment and capital projects
• support supplier APQP and PPAP
• collaborate across functions.
