The Executive Director role is onsite in Carmel, IN, with a stated salary range of $110,000–$140,000 per year. Children’s TherAplay is a nonprofit outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic providing physical and occupational therapies, including equine-assisted therapy. The Foundation’s chief executive leads strategy, fundraising, donor relationships, financial stewardship, and clinic operations to advance services for children with disabilities and their families.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic planning, annual workplans, and budgeting with department leaders and the Board
• oversee organizational operations, governance, programs, fundraising, equine services, communications, partnerships, human resources, and compliance
• monitor budgets and performance indicators
• develop staff
• lead fundraising and donor stewardship
• represent the Foundation to donors, partners, media, community leaders, and the public.
