What you'll do

• Process and monitor customer orders
• maintain customer, product, pricing, shipping, billing, and fulfillment data
• process approved manual and promotional transactions
• investigate order, shipment, EDI, pricing, and invoice discrepancies
• support reporting, system testing, documentation, and process improvements
• coordinate across internal teams
• share knowledge and support onboarding and training.
