What you'll do

• Manage store operations, financial performance, personnel, registers, merchandising, loss prevention, and policy compliance
• recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and assign work to team members
• order merchandise
• maintain sales records and bank deposits
• plan displays
• attend sales and marketing meetings
• maintain premises and grounds
• participate in community business activities.
