What you'll do

• Assess clients’ housing needs
• itemize materials and procedures and prepare work orders based on inspections
• inspect and verify weatherization and energy or housing projects for quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and complete paperwork
• visit contractors, authorize written change orders and rework, and verify specifications
• train contractors and provide technical assistance
• support contractor bidding and pre-bid meetings
• enter and oversee jobs in energy modeling software
• educate clients
• assist with complaint resolution
• maintain inspection records and reports.
