What you'll do

• Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff across offices
• balance workload and support recruiting and onboarding
• guide quality assurance and quality control
• develop an annual business plan and pursue surface- and storm-water opportunities
• strengthen public-agency and regional client relationships
• track practice performance and manage forecasting, utilization, and resource planning
• serve as project manager, technical advisor, or QA/QC lead
• oversee hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• and lead or contribute to storm-drainage, flood-control, and nature-based solution planning and design.
