What you'll do

• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• mentor and train new hires and service personnel
• maintain quality control

• manage shop assets and parts supplies
• track budgets and monthly expenses
• monitor workloads, schedule appointments, and dispatch work orders
• document repairs and inspections
• diagnose machine systems
• perform trailer wheel-end and brake repairs, basic welding, cutting, grinding, and oil and filter changes
• estimate and quote repairs
• communicate repair completion timing
• serve as primary contact for Colorado service calls.
