What you'll do

• Create and submit RFIs and integrate them into project documentation
• coordinate vendor and supplier submittals
• support change orders
• update contract documents and photograph jobsite progress
• monitor schedules and update project and field operations leadership
• coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the foreman
• lead closeout documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builts, and attic stock
• develop understanding of project finance with operations and finance leaders.
