Commercial Sales Representative – Roofing and Construction

Job overview

The Commercial Sales Representative role is onsite and covers Indiana statewide; the base salary is $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus up to 5% commission and bonuses. Kingdom Roofing Systems provides commercial, industrial, and multifamily roofing services. The representative manages the commercial sales cycle from inspections and estimates through proposals and closing. Developing accounts with property managers, contractors, and building owners, while coordinating with production and project management, supports business growth and accurate project delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing across the commercial sales cycle
• respond to inbound leads and generate new business through networking and outreach
• develop accounts with property managers, general contractors, and building owners
• conduct on-site roof evaluations, including core cuts, inspections, and pull tests
• collaborate with production and project management
• maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience, working knowledge of low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and coatings, a valid driver’s license, and ability to perform roof inspections. Company vehicle and marketing/office support are provided.
