What you'll do

• Oversee property financial performance, including rents, occupancy, and expenditures
• direct and communicate with onsite staff
• supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs
• coordinate vendors, contractors, and staff assignments
• collect and post rent and issue required notices
• maintain daily financial batch logs
• file nonpayment evictions and appear in court as needed
• review applicant records and process 50059s
• ensure compliance with HUD, USDA, Section 42, and company requirements
• prepare for REAC and Management Occupancy Review inspections.
