What you'll do

• Learn workflows and identify inefficiencies and standardization opportunities
• develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, service, accuracy, and scalability
• help departments establish KPIs, SOPs, and training materials
• support departmental leaders with operational challenges, staffing needs, and projects
• evaluate shipment processes from customer request through billing and settlement
• assist with escalations
• coach emerging leaders
• communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• evaluate systems and partner with IT and vendors on technology adoption.
