What you'll do

• Review construction documents, submittals, and shop drawings
• develop and maintain project and look-ahead schedules with the project manager
• coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, vendors, permits, testing, and inspections
• inspect installed work for compliance
• resolve field issues
• oversee punch lists and closeout
• maintain field reports and project documentation
• communicate with stakeholders and clients
• support job-site meetings
• monitor project costs
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
