What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate financial activities and personnel
• standardize and maintain accounting records and techniques
• manage daily cash flow, lending administration, and draws
• ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Construction Lien Law
• communicate with vendors and clients or homeowners
• execute accounts payable and receivable responsibilities
• verify transaction accuracy and vendor invoice and insurance compliance.
