The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Operations and Innovation role is hybrid in North Chicago, IL, with three days onsite and two days remote. Pay is $27–$29.20 per hour. The role supports the Global Talent Acquisition organization. The coordinator keeps recruiting systems and operational workflows functioning accurately and consistently. By resolving support requests, maintaining documentation, and identifying recurring issues, the role helps Talent Acquisition teams use their systems effectively and meet service-level expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage Talent Acquisition support requests, troubleshooting, escalations, and resolution
• execute requisition assignments, user access requests, data updates, and system transactions
• troubleshoot ATS, CRM, and recruiting technology issues with technology teams and vendors
• investigate system, workflow, and data issues
• create and maintain knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and support documentation
• monitor support trends and identify process improvements
• maintain data integrity, compliance, and accuracy.
