Child Welfare Liaison

What you'll do

• Accept assigned cases
• conduct family assessments
• develop and implement case plans in collaboration with families and stakeholders
• conduct regular home visits
• document case activities in the Florida Safe Families Network database
• submit service requests and provide referrals
• prepare court documentation and attend court activities
• conduct safety and functioning assessments.
