What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ASAM criteria and DSM-IV-TR standards
- facilitate group and individual therapy
- manage caseloads and clinical documentation
- coordinate case management, family involvement, psychiatric consultation, and aftercare
- provide educational sessions on chemical dependency and recovery
- respond to patient crises
- evaluate treatment outcomes
- mentor personnel and students
- maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies.
