High-Rise Window Cleaning and Power Washing Technician

The High-Rise Window Cleaning and Power Washing Technician role is onsite across the Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach area of Florida. Compensation is $14–$28 per hour, based on experience and certification. Clearview Building Services provides exterior building services for commercial properties. The technician cleans windows and building facades at high, mid, and ground levels using rope-access systems, lifts, poles, and power-washing equipment. The work supports building appearance and maintenance while following safety protocols on each job.

What you'll do

• Clean high-rise windows and power-wash commercial building facades using rope access, rapid rope, aerial lifts, swing stages, and powered platforms
• clean mid-rise and ground-level areas with water-fed poles and ladders
• set up and operate rope descent systems and scaffolding
• handle cleaning solutions safely
• load, transport, and maintain equipment and vehicles
• document jobs with photos and work orders
• follow OSHA-compliant safety protocols.
