What you'll do

• Review resident service plans
• assist with and observe medication administration using medication records and the Six Rights of Medication Pass
• document doses, refusals, and missed doses
• report resident concerns
• restock medication carts
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• maintain medication areas
• record vital signs
• assist residents with activities of daily living and other care needs.
