Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in JOPPA, MD. 50/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm and 6am. This role supports the Sheetz store team in leadership and operational tasks. This role exists to provide leadership by example, mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality customer service. The lead team member helps prioritize tasks and maintains store standards to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

- Welcome customers, prepare quality food and beverages, mentor and coach team members, manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness.
