What you'll do

• Manage safe vehicle movement through the Inspection Center
• monitor production and quality goals
• oversee and coach assigned associates
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to procedures and standards
• review identified vehicle defects
• coordinate repair-or-reject decisions with the General Manager
• and train associates on quality-control standards.
