The Landscape Crew Member role is an onsite position in Minneapolis, MN, with starting pay of $35 per hour and opportunities for higher pay based on experience. Lakeshore Landscaping handles property enhancements and larger landscape installation projects for residential and commercial clients. This role helps the crew create and maintain outdoor spaces by completing landscape enhancements and hardscape installations safely, to specification, and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain mulch beds, trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal landscape enhancements
• construct retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
• follow project plans and specifications
• operate hand tools and landscape equipment
• maintain a safe, organized work site
• collaborate with a 2–4 person crew and communicate with crew leaders, teammates, and occasionally customers.
