Sales Associate, Senior Living Sales Support

Job overview

The Sales Associate role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The position supports the sales office at a senior living community offering lifestyle and care options for residents and families. The role helps the sales team manage prospect inquiries and lead records, coordinate tours and events, and support resident move-ins. Its purpose is to keep sales operations organized and help families and residents navigate the transition into the community.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound sales calls, gather contact details, and conduct initial discovery
• greet prospects and connect them with the Director of Sales
• maintain CRM lead data and sales reports
• maintain model apartments and tour areas
• make outbound calls, schedule tours and follow-ups, and maintain the UPs lead log
• manage sales collateral and assist with events
• conduct tours when assigned or additional coverage is needed
• assist with move-in paperwork, assessments, required state documentation, and resident administrative files.
