Property Maintenance Technician — Multi-Site

The Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite at River Mill Senior Apartments in Watertown, WI, three days per week, and Jefferson Apartments in Jefferson, WI, two days per week. The role helps keep apartments and shared spaces safe and operational, with participation in an on-call rotation approximately every four to six weeks.

What you'll do

• Handle work orders, unit turns, repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep
• inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas
• perform basic electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, carpentry, painting, appliance, and groundskeeping tasks
• communicate work-order status to the manager
• respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes
• document incidents and maintain resident confidentiality.
