What you'll do

• Lead HVAC system replacements and new installations
• install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, controls, and accessories
• review job scopes, specifications, permits, and requirements
• direct and train installers and helpers
• ensure code, manufacturer, company, and safety compliance
• perform start-up, testing, commissioning, and quality inspections
• troubleshoot installation problems
• protect customer property
• communicate progress and material needs
• complete job documentation
• maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory
• participate in technical, safety, leadership, and customer-service training.
