What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across locations
• prepare and track employment and compliance documents
• verify hiring documents and certifications
• schedule orientations
• set up employee profiles and maintain HR records
• process status changes and transfers
• coordinate exit procedures
• maintain confidential files
• track workflows and reports
• answer employee questions
• occasionally travel to locations for openings, orientations, or HR support.
