National Business Development Manager — Food Service & Hospitality

The National Business Development Manager — Food Service & Hospitality role is based onsite in Dallas, TX, with a U.S.-wide remit and approximately 50% travel. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 per year base salary, plus a 35% bonus paid quarterly. The role supports an industrial safety solutions group expanding in restaurant, hospitality, food-service, and grocery markets. The manager identifies growth opportunities, opens new accounts, and develops partnerships with end users and channel partners. The role builds a market plan and pipeline and works with Sales and Marketing to convert opportunities into revenue.

What you'll do

• Win new business across restaurant, food-service, hospitality, and grocery or retail accounts
• build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop opportunities across multi-location customers
• work with distributors and channel partners to extend market reach and support sales
• develop a market plan and manage the pipeline
• collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert opportunities
• explain the product portfolio and its applications to customers and partners.
