The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role is onsite in Chicago, Illinois. Annual base pay generally ranges from $110,000 to $140,000. Jet Support Services, Inc. provides maintenance programs and related services that help business aviation owners and operators manage maintenance budgets, aircraft availability, and asset value. The engineer implements, supports, and maintains cloud and collaboration infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, and other platforms, safeguarding reliability, security, and performance. The role contributes to JSSI’s technology transformation by using AI, automation, and infrastructure tools to improve operations and investigate incidents, while supporting disaster recovery, identity management, and security response.

What you'll do

• Administer and monitor Azure and Windows Server
• support Azure network and security services
• administer Microsoft 365 applications and Purview
• generate infrastructure and configuration using AI, Terraform, and PowerShell
• participate in disaster recovery testing and maintain backups
• manage identities and endpoint devices
• support network hardware and business SaaS applications
• respond to security alerts
• investigate incidents
• participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support
• document changes and contribute to infrastructure projects.
