Account Manager — Customer Accounts

The Account Manager — Customer Accounts role is onsite in Bingen, WA, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. The account manager serves as the liaison between Custom Interface and its customers. The role coordinates customer communication, quoting, and internal production resources so client requirements are understood, quotations are completed on time, and projects progress with clear status updates and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication
• prepare quotes and proposals using client drawings, production and engineering input, vendor selection, and pricing data
• negotiate and accept contracts in accordance with QMS documentation
• communicate client requirements and status internally and externally
• participate in purchasing and production scheduling
• identify sales opportunities
• coordinate quoting resources and completion
• monitor client satisfaction and project risk
• maintain records and client information
• report quarterly on sales activity.
