Lead Service Technician

Job overview

The Lead Service Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with 25–50% travel time. Compensation is not specified. The lead coordinates and performs repairs, replacements, inspections, and installations while guiding technicians and monitoring work quality, schedules, safety, and productivity. The position also supports service administration, vendor coordination, resident communication, and technician training to help ensure work orders are completed effectively.

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, coordinate, assign, inspect, and complete installation, repair, and maintenance work
• assist with inventory control, records, and administrative tasks
• serve as point of contact when the Service Manager is away
• perform repairs and inspections independently or with the team
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• visit residents to review concerns
• review work orders, supplies, schedules, and team productivity
• coach, train, onboard, and guide technicians
• communicate work-order status and potential service-level delays.

Why this role
