Campus Worship Leader — Part-Time

The Campus Worship Leader role is an onsite, part-time position in Cottage Grove, MN, with a stated schedule of 25 hours per week; pay is $21–$25 per hour. Crossroads Church’s mission is to help people meet and be changed by Jesus. The leader plans and leads worship experiences for campus services and CR Youth, develops volunteer musicians, and collaborates with campus and central staff to support engaging, well-prepared services.

What you'll do

• Lead worship at campus services and CR Youth
• direct service elements and coordinate with the producer
• create and run Ableton tracks and train musicians
• contribute to weekly planning and creative work
• recruit, develop, and coach volunteers
• lead rehearsals and auditions
• schedule volunteers and manage service information in Planning Center
• oversee campus equipment and instruments
• participate in campus and church activities.
