• Supervise personnel in logistics, inventory, blending, and housekeeping
• coordinate grain staging, blending, and train loading
• train and mentor team members
• resolve maintenance issues
• validate grain inventory and quality
• guide grain management practices
• plan facility projects
• enforce safety and compliance
• manage capital project budgets
• support feed sales, grain origination, and marketing
• uphold company policies.
