What you'll do

• Lease apartments through phone sales and tours
• follow up with prospective and current residents
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• manage lease negotiations and renewals
• assist with curb appeal, compliance, work orders, rent and delinquency collection, resident relations, community rules, marketing, and organized resident files
• enter information into Yardi.
