Reservations Specialist

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop group-sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and follow-up
• promote school, homeschool, church, and daycare visits
• maintain prospect, contact, booking, and follow-up records
• handle reservations and payments
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns
• maintain cash controls and point-of-sale systems
• support box office and reservations duties, including phone lines and booking systems.
