• Lead, coordinate, manage and develop volunteer-based activities and programs
• collaborate with department heads and the Executive Director to build relationships with local schools, businesses and social organizations
• maintain a calendar of resident- and family-centered activities
• prepare and monitor budgets and expenses
• recruit, hire, coach and retain employees.
