What you'll do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support across client environments and own incidents and service requests through resolution
• support Microsoft business applications, operating systems, networking, VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V
• manage workflow in ConnectWise and maintain ticket hygiene and SLA adherence
• document IT environments
• collaborate on complex issues
• build client stakeholder relationships
• assist with implementations, deployments, and technology refreshes
• participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement.
