The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – PICU/NICU Experience Preferred role is onsite in Oviedo, FL, with a posted range of $45–$49 per hour. Agape’s Way provides specialized care and support for medically complex children and young adults in home and group home settings. The nurse delivers clinical care to medically complex pediatric residents, including assessments, medication administration, and ventilator and tracheostomy management. The role coordinates with families and interdisciplinary providers to support individualized care plans, resident safety, and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Perform nursing assessments
• monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• provide care under physician orders and individualized care plans
• support ventilator management, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, suctioning, and G-tube care
• administer medications and treatments
• maintain medication and nursing records
• coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• respond to emergencies and support infection prevention and safety.
