The Instructional Aide is an onsite role based in Chino Hills, CA, with a pay range of $20 - $23 per hour. This position supports the Spectrum Center Schools and Programs team in delivering specialized education services to students in grades 8-12. This role exists to provide personalized academic and behavioral support, ensuring students meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. The aide acts as a key member of the classroom team, facilitating learning, managing behavior, and providing essential support to ensure student success.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to support a safe learning environment
• implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
• monitor student progress and maintain accurate behavioral logs
• provide support for students with learning or behavioral disabilities
• assist with crisis management and de-escalation
• maintain student record confidentiality
• participate in school-wide meetings.
