What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• coordinate postings, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offers
• respond to employee questions and workplace concerns
• coach managers and conduct investigations
• coordinate performance reviews and employee development
• maintain personnel files and HRIS records
• prepare reports and workforce metrics
• support benefits enrollment, payroll data, compliance, safety, and training programs.
