Project Sight Administrator — Construction Systems

The Project Sight Administrator role is onsite in Houston, TX, supporting Hays Electrical Services’ PMO / Project Systems department. Compensation is not specified. The role owns the company’s Trimble ProjectSight environment and its integration with Vista ERP. The administrator maintains system configuration and data integrity, supports adoption and training, and helps project teams use consistent workflows and reliable project information across ProjectSight and Vista.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain templates, workflows, fields, security roles, and portfolio settings
• plan and execute configuration and feature rollouts
• audit project configuration and data quality
• monitor adoption
• manage ProjectSight–Vista integration and resolve sync errors
• coordinate data integrity with Analytics, Accounting, and Project Controls
• develop training and documentation
• liaise with vendor support and provide internal support.
